We had multiple pick ups of various member of the family and wedding party across Toronto. The time and care they took for planning and ensuring top tier service was far beyond my expectations. We had young children requiring car seats. They were provided and were properly installed. We booked 8 separate vehicles and all arrived on time and were able to accommodate any last minute request. We had to deal with a last minute change to the itinerary as a result of rain, that was dealt with seamlessly. The cars were pristine. The drivers were so helpful and courteous. We received confirmation of arrivals (always prior to the time booked), departures, and arrival at the destination. Full access to the coordinator Rita throughout the day and into the wee hours of the morning. I’ve used other services but nothing compares to the service offered by VVIP. Had an amazing experience with VVIP. Our flight was cancelled from YUL to YYZ. As such, I needed to quickly book alternate travel arrangements in Toronto, as the company we were scheduled to use could not accomodate our needs. I called VVIP asking for a ride from Buffalo to Toronto in 3 hours and the team was incredible! We were booked, sent driver tracking information, easily connected with our driver upon arrival and had a smooth and comfortable ride to Toronto. The driver was incredibly professional, personable, and knowledgeable of the route. We made great time, had a perfect ride.
