Agreement to Terms Welcome to VVIP Toronto Limo! By accessing or using our website, booking our services, or interacting with our company, you (“Client,” “You,” “Passenger”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Definitions
“Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”: Refers to VVIP Toronto Limo.
“Client,” “You,” “Passenger”: Refers to the person making the booking or the individual(s) using the service.
“Service”: Refers to the transportation and related services provided by VVIP Toronto Limo.
“Vehicle”: Refers to any limousine, sedan, SUV, van, or bus operated by or on behalf of the Company.
Booking and Reservations 3.1. Quotes, Pricing, and Inclusions All quotes are based on the information provided by the Client. Pricing is subject to change if the itinerary, passenger count, or duration of the service changes. A detailed breakdown of the total cost will be provided upon booking confirmation, which will include a mandatory 15% gratuity (tip) and applicable HST (Harmonized Sales Tax). 3.2. Tolls and Surcharges Any tolls encountered during the trip will be charged to the Client at cost, in addition to the quoted service price. Additional surcharges (e.g., airport fees, parking) will also be added where applicable. 3.3. Confirmation A booking is only confirmed once the Company receives a specified deposit or full payment and a written confirmation (via email or website portal) is sent to the Client. 3.4. Minimum Booking Time Certain services, such as weekend or peak season bookings, may require a minimum number of hours, as specified at the time of booking.
Payment and Cancellation Policy 4.1. Payment Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of [Specify Deposit Amount/Percentage] is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due [Specify Time, e.g., 24 hours] prior to the scheduled service, unless otherwise arranged and agreed upon in writing. 4.2. Cancellation by Client All cancellations must be received in writing (email or via the booking portal).
Cancellations made [Specify Duration, e.g., 7 days] or more prior to the service date will forfeit the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made [Specify Duration, e.g., less than 7 days] prior to the service date will result in a charge equal to [Specify Amount, e.g., 50%] of the total booked service cost.
Cancellations made [Specify Duration, e.g., less than 24 hours] prior to the service date, and No-Shows, will be charged the full (100%) amount of the booked service. 4.3. Cancellation by Company The Company reserves the right to cancel any service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, mechanical breakdown, severe weather conditions, or any event outside of our control. In such a scenario, the Company will attempt to arrange comparable alternative transportation or provide a full refund of all amounts paid.
Client Responsibilities and Conduct 5.1. Passenger Capacity The Client is responsible for ensuring the number of passengers does not exceed the legal seating capacity of the booked Vehicle. The chauffeur reserves the right to refuse service if capacity limits are exceeded. 5.2. Prohibited Activities
Smoking: Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping) is strictly prohibited in all Vehicles. A minimum cleaning/sanitization fee of $250.00 CAD will be charged for any violation.
Alcohol: Consumption of alcohol is permitted only if all passengers are of legal drinking age in Ontario (19+). Proof of age may be requested. Open alcohol containers are not permitted if any passenger is under the legal drinking age.
Illegal Activities: Use or possession of illegal drugs, firearms, or engaging in any unlawful activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the service without refund. 5.3. Damage and Cleanliness The Client shall be responsible for any and all damage to the Vehicle’s interior or exterior caused by the Client or their party, including excessive spillage or staining. A minimum fee of $150.00 CAD will apply for excessive mess, up to the full cost of repair or replacement for damage.
Liability and Indemnity 6.1. Delays VVIP Toronto Limo shall not be responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by traffic congestion, weather, road closures, accidents, mechanical issues, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control. 6.2. Lost Items The Company is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items left in the Vehicle. Clients should ensure all belongings are collected before exiting the Vehicle. Found items will be held for 30 days. 6.3. Limitation of Liability and Damage Disclaimer VVIP Toronto Limo will not be held responsible for any damage to the Client’s personal property, including but not limited to items lost, stolen, or damaged during the provision of the Service or left in the Vehicle. The Company’s liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall be limited to the total cost paid by the Client for the specific booked service. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 6.4. Indemnity The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless VVIP Toronto Limo, its owners, and employees from any claim, damage, loss, or expense arising out of the Client’s use of the Service, including any breach of these Terms.
Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Amendments We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website. By continuing to use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
