Terms and Conditions – VVIP Toronto Limo

Welcome to VVIP Toronto Limo. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between the booking client (the “Client”), all traveling passengers (the “Passengers”), and VVIP Toronto Limo, operating under its registered parent corporation 1000777990 Ontario Inc.

These terms govern all transportation services, hourly charters, airport transfers, and wedding events booked through our website (vviptorontolimo.ca), via telephone, or finalized using our computerized reservation and dispatch platform (Moovs).

Cross-Agreement and Consent Notice: By requesting a quote, submitting booking details on our website, or finalizing a reservation via our Moovs checkout portal, you explicitly agree to these Terms and Conditions. Our website policies and digital dispatch platform rules are fully integrated; agreeing to one constitutes an automatic and legally binding agreement to both.

1. Reservations, Confirmation, and App Integration

All bookings are considered provisional and subject to vehicle availability until confirmed in writing by our central dispatch team. A valid contact number and email address are required for all reservations. While we strive to accommodate schedule changes, any modifications made after confirmation are subject to real-time availability and may result in updated pricing structures. By completing a booking, paying a deposit, or accepting a digital itinerary/quote via our computerized reservation and dispatch platform (Moovs), the Client explicitly agrees to be bound by both these website terms and the digital platform terms presented at checkout.

Booking Accuracy and Communication Requirements: The Client is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all booking details, including dates and exact pickup times (AM vs. PM), immediately upon receipt of the reservation confirmation. VVIP Toronto Limo is not responsible for driver absences, delays, or missed trips resulting from Client booking errors. Any urgent reservation changes, modifications, or cancellations must be made by speaking directly with a live dispatch agent during standard operational business hours. Email notifications, SMS texts, or voicemail messages are not valid for last-minute modifications or cancellations. By completing a booking, the Client and Passengers explicitly consent to receive transactional communications, SMS notifications, and phone calls from our dispatch team at any hour of the day or night to verify reservation details or coordinate active transit.

2. Limitation of Liability and Independent Affiliate Networks

VVIP Toronto Limo, operated by 1000777990 Ontario Inc., operates exclusively as a professional corporate transport procurement, logistics dispatch, and reservation platform.

  • Service Providers: Transportation services are executed by licensed independent owner-operators, third-party transport providers, or specialized affiliate fleet networks, collectively referred to as “Independent Contractors.” These entities are not employees, partners, agents, or joint ventures of VVIP Toronto Limo or 1000777990 Ontario Inc.
  • Fleet Operational Responsibility: Each Independent Contractor maintains sole physical and operational control over their vehicle, manages their own transit routing, and is entirely responsible for maintaining valid commercial auto liability insurance, municipal livery licenses, vehicle safety registrations, and necessary security clearances as mandated by municipal, provincial, and federal laws.
  • Absolute Exclusion of Liability: VVIP Toronto Limo acts solely as an intermediary reservation platform and assumes zero liability for any loss, personal injury, bodily injury, death, property damage, or financial claims resulting from vehicle accidents, road hazards, driver errors, or chauffeur misconduct. The Client unconditionally covenants and agrees that any legal, financial, or insurance claims arising from the physical operation or interior condition of the vehicle must be directed exclusively to the specific Independent Contractor operating the vehicle at the time of the occurrence, and their respective commercial insurance provider. The Client explicitly agrees not to name VVIP Toronto Limo or 1000777990 Ontario Inc. as a party or co-defendant in any such proceeding.

3. Vehicle Malfunction, Substitution, and Force Majeure

  • Breakdown Policy: In the event of an unforeseen mechanical issue or operational failure, our dispatch team will make every reasonable effort to provide a replacement vehicle of a similar or upgraded class. However, a specific replacement vehicle is strictly subject to real-time availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Prorated Billing: If a structural breakdown occurs during a trip, the Client will only be billed for the portion of the journey successfully completed.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for service delays, interruptions, cancellations, or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes severe weather conditions, heavy traffic congestion, Gardiner Expressway or local GTA road closures, construction, third-party vehicle accidents, civil unrest, or airport-related operational delays.
  • Police Stops and Safety Inspections: Chauffeurs are legally obligated to comply immediately with all directives from law enforcement, Ministry of Transportation (MTO) officers, or municipal licensing authorities. In the event that a vehicle is pulled over for a routine traffic stop, safety compliance audit, or document inspection, VVIP Toronto Limo is completely exempt from liability for any resulting travel delays, missed flights, or interrupted client itineraries.
  • Cross-Border Travel and Admissibility: For all trips crossing international borders (including US-Canada border checkpoints):
    • Passenger Documentation: It is the exclusive responsibility of the Client and all Passengers to ensure they possess valid, unexpired passports, visas, and all legal travel documentation required for entry into the destination country.
    • Border Denial or Delays: VVIP Toronto Limo assumes zero liability if a Passenger is denied entry at the border, detained by customs and immigration authorities, or if the vehicle is delayed due to intensive secondary customs screening of the passenger’s luggage or profile.
    • No Refunds for Border Rejection: If entry is denied, the trip is considered terminated immediately. The Client remains fully responsible for 100% of the contracted booking fee, plus any additional return-mileage fees, tolls, and wait-time surcharges incurred by the chauffeur returning to the origin point.
    • Border Overage Billing: Standard border processing is allotted up to 30 minutes of transit. Any customs or immigration delays extending past 30 minutes will be automatically billed as wait time in 15-minute increments based on the vehicle class standard hourly rate.

4. Absolute Cap on Consequential Damages

Under no circumstances shall VVIP Toronto Limo, 1000777990 Ontario Inc., or its affiliate networks be held liable to the Client or any passenger for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. This strict exclusion encompasses, but is not limited to, missed flights, hotel reservations, event ticket losses, alternative transport logistics, venue delays, or secondary personal expenses. The maximum aggregate financial liability of VVIP Toronto Limo and its corporate entity for any documented service failure or breach of contract shall be strictly capped at a maximum dollar value equal to the total prepaid booking fee paid by the Client for that specific operational run.

5. Standardized Cancellation and No-Show Policy

To maintain our high level of service and fleet readiness, VVIP Toronto Limo strictly enforces the following cancellation schedule:

  • Mandatory Live Agent Confirmation: All reservation cancellations, date changes, or time modifications must be completed by speaking directly with a live dispatch agent during our active operational business hours. Sending an email, leaving a voicemail, or submitting a text/SMS message does not constitute a valid cancellation or modification. A change or cancellation is only legally recognized and valid once you have received a written, system-generated cancellation confirmation email from VVIP Toronto Limo.
  • Cancellations with 24+ Hours’ Notice: Eligible for a 75% refund of the total booking amount, provided the cancellation has been confirmed directly with a live agent. All eligible refunds are subject to a non-negotiable $25.00 Administrative Processing Fee to cover digital transaction merchant costs.
  • Last-Minute Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours’ Notice): Bookings are entirely non-refundable, and 100% of the scheduled fare will be charged to the credit card on file.
  • No-Shows: Failure to be at the designated pickup location within the allotted grace period (15 minutes for standard pickups, 60 minutes for airport pickups) without prior communication with a live agent will result in the trip being marked as a “No-Show.” No-shows are charged at 100% of the total fare, including estimated gratuities and tolls, and are completely non-refundable.

6. Airport Transfer Protocols

  • International Arrivals: Includes 45 minutes of complimentary wait time from the official time the flight lands.
  • Domestic Arrivals: Includes 30 minutes of complimentary wait time from the official time the flight lands.
  • Overages: Wait time extending beyond these complimentary periods is billed automatically in 15-minute increments based on the vehicle’s standard hourly rate. Premium Meet and Greet services, where the chauffeur meets you inside the terminal with a greeting sign, are available upon request for an additional fee plus any applicable airport parking costs.

7. Hourly, Event, and Wedding Services

  • Overages: Any time exceeding the duration of the original reservation will be billed automatically in 30-minute increments based on the vehicle class standard hourly rate.
  • Itinerary: The chauffeur will strictly follow the pre-approved itinerary provided to our central dispatch office. We are not liable for delays, missed scheduling, or itinerary truncation caused by client event timing adjustments or guest delays.

8. Pricing, Fees, and Taxes

  • Standard Charges: All quotes and rates are issued in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclude the mandatory 13% HST.
  • Mandatory Fees: All applicable highway tolls, including 407 ETR charges, airport facility fees, provincial park fees, and parking costs will be added to the final invoice.
  • Gratuity: A standard chauffeur gratuity of 15% to 20% is customary. For large capacity luxury vehicles, multi-car fleets, or specialized wedding packages, a 20% gratuity may be automatically added to the reservation total at checkout.

9. Passenger Conduct, Biohazard Sanitization, and Damage Fees

Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of illegal drugs are strictly prohibited inside all fleet and affiliate vehicles.

  • Standard Cleaning Fee: A minimum $350.00 Cleaning and Restoration Fee applies automatically to any reservation requiring professional vehicle detailing due to passenger negligence, including the spillage of food, sugary drinks, alcohol, or excessive mud inside the cabin.
  • Biohazard Detailing Fee: For any bodily fluid incident (including vomiting, blood, or illness), a minimum $650.00 Biohazard Sanitization Fee applies automatically to cover specialized deep cleaning, steam sanitization, and deodorizing required to meet health safety protocols.
  • Vehicle Downtime Charges: If a vehicle must be removed from our operational fleet for professional detailing, sanitization, or collision repairs caused by passengers, the Client will be billed for lost corporate revenue at a rate of $400.00 per day until the vehicle is fully restored to active service.
  • Smoking and Vaping Remediation: All vehicles are 100% smoke-free and vape-free environments. Evidence of smoking or vaping will result in an immediate $500.00 remediation fee for specialized ozone air-purification treatments, and the chauffeur reserves the right to terminate the trip immediately without refund.
  • Physical Damage: The Client assumes full financial and legal responsibility for any physical damage to the vehicle interior, electronics, amenities, or exterior bodywork caused by themselves or their guests during the service window. Repair costs will be billed based on the professional cost of repair or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) replacement.
  • Passenger Attire and Fabric Disclaimer: While our internal and affiliate networks enforce rigorous vehicle detailing standards, the Company assumes zero liability for any staining, marking, tearing, or alteration to personal clothing, high-value wedding gowns, bridal attire, or premium suits resulting from interaction with vehicle upholstery, leather seating surfaces, interior cabin components, or doors. Passengers utilize luxury transit assets at their own risk regarding delicate, light-colored fabrics.

10. Luggage and Safety Seats

  • Capacity: Clients must strictly adhere to the passenger and luggage weight capacity of the specific vehicle class booked. Chauffeurs reserve the absolute right to refuse items that compromise safe vehicle operation, obscure visibility, or risk damaging the vehicle interior.
  • Child Seats: In accordance with the Ontario Highway Traffic Act, all children must be secured in an age, weight, and height-appropriate child restraint system. Transport Canada-approved car seats are available upon request at the time of booking for an additional fee, subject to availability. The parent or guardian assumes final responsibility for verifying that the car seat is securely positioned and that the child is properly harnessed. Chauffeurs are not authorized to physically install or adjust safety seat positioning due to strict commercial insurance liability restrictions. Service may be refused without refund if proper child safety seats are not used.

11. Late-Night and Early-Morning Surcharge

Reservations scheduled for a physical pickup window between 11:30 PM and 5:30 AM are subject to a nominal $20 After-Hours Surcharge to accommodate off-peak dispatch operations.

12. Pet Policy

The transport of pets must be fully disclosed to dispatch at the time of booking. All pets must remain securely enclosed within specialized travel crates for the entire duration of the trip, and a $30 pet cleaning fee applies. Certified service animals are fully exempt from the crate requirement but must remain safely positioned on the vehicle floor.

13. Lost, Left-Behind, and Recovered Property

Passengers are solely responsible for conducting a final check of the vehicle interior and removing all personal belongings, luggage, and electronics at the end of every journey. VVIP Toronto Limo, its dispatchers, and its chauffeurs are not responsible for any personal items left behind, lost, or damaged in our vehicles. We assume zero liability for the loss, theft, or damage of personal valuables, including cash, jewelry, passports, or travel documents. In the event that a lost item is successfully located by a chauffeur, we will make a reasonable effort to notify the Client. To cover fuel, administrative time, and driver transit logistics, a minimum $115.00 Recovery and Delivery Fee will apply if the Client requests that the recovered item be couriered to a specific address or returned to Toronto Pearson Airport (YYZ). Alternatively, found items may be held for local pickup at a designated location for a maximum of 2 days. After this 2-day period, all unclaimed items will be immediately disposed of or donated at the Company’s sole discretion.

14. Final Authority and Extensions

The chauffeur is an independent operator and is not authorized to modify the core itinerary, alter pricing rules, or extend service times without direct authorization from our central dispatch office. We reserve the right to conclude service at the originally scheduled time if an unapproved extension conflicts with subsequent corporate reservations.

15. Non-Solicitation of Drivers

Clients explicitly agree not to solicit, circumvent, or engage in private, direct transportation arrangements with our independent contractors or drivers outside of the VVIP Toronto Limo platform. Any direct booking bypasses corporate quality standards and directly violates our service terms.

16. Privacy and Data Security

Personal details, travel itineraries, and digital payment data are utilized strictly for service fulfillment, secure billing, and lead verification. We maintain strict digital security standards and never sell, trade, or share your personal data with unrelated third parties.

17. Dispute Resolution, Non-Disparagement, and Chargeback Rules

  • Internal Resolution Framework: The Client explicitly agrees to contact VVIP Toronto Limo management directly to review and resolve any service disagreements, billing inquiries, or complaints before initiating a formal dispute with their credit card company, financial institution, or any public forum.
  • Mandatory Non-Disparagement Covenant: In the event of a service dispute or operational failure, both the Client and the Company agree to handle all communications in a strictly private, professional, and confidential manner. The Client explicitly agrees to completely refrain from making, writing, publishing, or transmitting any negative, derogatory, or disparaging remarks, digital ratings, or online textual reviews regarding the Company, its brand, its employees, or its affiliate vehicle network on any public digital platform, including Google Reviews, Yelp, Facebook, or bridal forums, while an internal dispute review or financial settlement is actively being negotiated or executed.
  • Chargeback Indemnification: If a Client initiates an unverified credit card chargeback for a service successfully provided according to these terms, including validly documented no-shows or cancellation windows, the Client agrees to pay an Administrative Dispute Fee of $450 to cover corporate labor, legal processing, and merchant bank penalties.
  • Alternative Dispute Resolution (Arbitration Requirement): Before initiating any formal legal action or lawsuit in connection with these terms, the Client and the Company agree that any and all disputes, claims, or controversies shall be first submitted to private, binding mediation. If the dispute is not resolved through mediation, it shall be conclusively settled via confidential, binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario). The arbitration will take place in Toronto, Ontario, and will be conducted in English.
  • Legal Jurisdiction: Any formal legal proceedings that fall outside the arbitration requirement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. All legal proceedings must be settled strictly within the court jurisdictions of Toronto or the York Region, regardless of where the physical transport journey originates or terminates.

Agreement to Terms
