Terms and Conditions – VVIP Toronto Limo

1. Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A valid contact number and email address are required to confirm the reservation.
  • Full trip details (pickup, drop-off, date, and time) must be provided at the time of booking.
  • Once confirmed, no changes can be made to the booking.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are quoted in CAD and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Flat rate or hourly rate pricing will be confirmed during booking.
  • Additional charges will apply for tolls, parking, airport fees, and extra stops.
  • All major credit cards and e-transfers are accepted. Prepayment may be required.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a 75% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the booking amount.
  • No-shows or cancellations within 3 hours of pickup time will be charged 100%.

4. Wait Time and Overage

  • Airport pickups include a 15-minute grace period after flight arrival.
  • Non-airport pickups include a 15-minute grace period.
  • After the grace period, wait time will be billed at $1.50 per minute.
  • Hourly bookings that exceed the reserved time will be billed in 30-minute increments.

5. Conduct and Behavior

  • Smoking, vaping, alcohol, or drug use is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
  • Passengers must behave respectfully. Verbal or physical abuse will result in immediate trip termination without refund.
  • The client is responsible for opening and closing the doors safely. Our chauffeurs may assist but are not liable for any incidents.
  • Drivers will follow city rules and regulations, and the client cannot intervene with the driver’s route.

6. Damages and Liability

  • The client is fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by them or their guests.
  • A minimum cleaning or repair fee of $250 will apply for any incidents (e.g., spills, vomiting, smoking).
  • We are not responsible for lost, forgotten, or damaged personal items.

7. Delays and Uncontrollable Events

  • VVIP Toronto Limo is not liable for delays due to weather, road closures, accidents, or other events beyond our control.
  • In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate or rebook the trip.

8. Vehicle Type and Substitutions

  • If the booked vehicle becomes unavailable due to unforeseen issues, we reserve the right to provide a similar or upgraded vehicle at no extra charge.
  • “No Preference” bookings may result in receiving a sedan, SUV, or van based on availability.

9. Privacy and Data Security

  • Client information is stored securely and used solely for booking, billing, and communication purposes.
  • We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
