Update: I just completed my return trip from Toronto to Buffalo, this time with Davinder, and the experience was every bit as exceptional. I was greeted with a warm smile, the vehicle was spotless, bottled water was waiting in the car, and I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout the drive. Davinder was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to talk with. Before I knew it, we had arrived at the airport. Her communication was outstanding and made the entire booking process seamless, giving me complete peace of mind before my trip. I was traveling alone, and after landing in Buffalo, Mo picked me up at the airport for the drive to Toronto. His vehicle was spotless, he had bottled water waiting in the car and, he was incredibly hospitable. After a long day of travel, he even offered to stop at Starbucks, which was such a thoughtful touch. Although the weather was rainy, I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout the drive. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality turned what could have been just another airport transfer into an exceptional experience. We had an outstanding experience! Rita went above and beyond to help my wife with everything she needed to cross the border from the U.S. into Toronto. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made what could have been a stressful process so much easier. A special thank you as well to our driver, Mo, who was absolutely outstanding. He was professional, friendly, punctual, and made the trip comfortable from start to finish. We used VVIP for our sons wedding and I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. We had multiple pick ups of various member of the family and wedding party across Toronto. The time and care they took for planning and ensuring top tier service was far beyond my expectations. We had young children requiring car seats. They were provided and were properly installed. We booked 8 separate vehicles and all arrived on time and were able to accommodate any last minute request. We had to deal with a last minute change to the itinerary as a result of rain, that was dealt with seamlessly. The cars were pristine. The drivers were so helpful and courteous. We received confirmation of arrivals (always prior to the time booked), departures, and arrival at the destination. Full access to the coordinator Rita throughout the day and into the wee hours of the morning. I’ve used other services but nothing compares to the service offered by VVIP. Had an amazing experience with VVIP. Our flight was cancelled from YUL to YYZ. As such, I needed to quickly book alternate travel arrangements in Toronto, as the company we were scheduled to use could not accomodate our needs. This was a special celebration for my husband’s birthday. The service at VVIP was exceptional from easy booking to friendly check in after the event. Staff were helpful, supportive and accommodating. We had a last minute flight cancellation and rebook. I called VVIP asking for a ride from Buffalo to Toronto in 3 hours and the team was incredible! We were booked, sent driver tracking information, easily connected with our driver upon arrival and had a smooth and comfortable ride to Toronto.
