1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to VVIP Toronto Limo. By accessing our website, booking our services, or interacting with our company, you (“Client,” “You,” “Passenger”) agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

2. Definitions

  • Company, We, Us, Our: Refers to VVIP Toronto Limo.
  • Client, You, Passenger: Refers to the person making the booking or the individual(s) using the service.
  • Service: Refers to the transportation and related services provided by VVIP Toronto Limo.
  • Vehicle: Refers to any limousine, sedan, SUV, van, or bus operated by or on behalf of the Company.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1. Quotes, Pricing, and Inclusions All quotes are based on the information provided by the Client. Pricing is subject to change if the itinerary, passenger count, or duration of the service changes. A detailed breakdown of the total cost will be provided upon booking confirmation, which will include a mandatory 15% gratuity (tip) and applicable HST (Harmonized Sales Tax).

3.2. Tolls and Surcharges Any tolls (such as 407 ETR) encountered during the trip will be charged to the Client at cost, in addition to the quoted service price. Additional surcharges (e.g., airport fees, parking) will also be added where applicable.

3.3. Waiting Time We value punctuality and ask the same of our clients.

  • Airport Pickups: We provide a 60-minute grace period after your flight lands. After 60 minutes, a waiting fee will apply in 15-minute increments at the vehicle’s hourly rate.
  • Non-Airport Pickups: We provide a 15-minute grace period at the pickup location. After 15 minutes, waiting time charges will apply.

3.4. Confirmation A booking is only confirmed once the Company receives a specified deposit or full payment and a written confirmation (via email or website portal) is sent to the Client.

4. Payment and Cancellation Policy

4.1. Payment

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to the scheduled service, unless otherwise arranged in writing.

4.2. Cancellation by Client All cancellations must be received in writing (email or via the booking portal).

  • 7 Days or More Notice: You will forfeit the non-refundable deposit.
  • Less Than 7 Days Notice: You will be charged 50% of the total booked service cost.
  • Less Than 24 Hours Notice (or No-Shows): You will be charged 100% of the booked service cost.

4.3. Cancellation by Company The Company reserves the right to cancel any service due to unforeseen circumstances, including mechanical breakdown or severe weather. In such a scenario, we will attempt to arrange comparable alternative transportation.

5. Client Responsibilities and Conduct

5.1. Passenger Capacity The Client is responsible for ensuring the number of passengers does not exceed the legal seating capacity of the booked Vehicle. The chauffeur reserves the right to refuse service if capacity limits are exceeded.

5.2. Child Safety Seats If you require child safety seats, please request them in advance. While we can provide seats, it is the parent or guardian’s legal responsibility to ensure the seat is installed correctly and the child is secured safely.

5.3. Prohibited Activities

  • Smoking: Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping) is strictly prohibited. A minimum cleaning/sanitization fee of $350.00 CAD will be charged for any violation.
  • Alcohol: Consumption of alcohol is not permitted.
  • Illegal Activities: Possession of illegal drugs or engaging in unlawful activity will result in immediate termination of the service without refund.

5.4. Damage and Cleanliness The Client is responsible for any damage to the Vehicle’s interior or exterior caused by their party.

  • Mess/Spills: A minimum fee of $150.00 CAD applies for excessive mess.
  • Sickness/Sanitization: If a passenger becomes sick inside the vehicle, a sanitization and detailing fee of $350.00 CAD will be charged.

6. Liability and Indemnity

6.1. Delays, Traffic, and Safety (Strict Adherence to Law) VVIP Toronto Limo is not responsible for missed flights, appointments, or events caused by traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, or severe weather conditions. Our drivers are strictly instructed to follow all speed limits and traffic laws. We will not speed or violate traffic rules to make up for lost time. Passenger safety is our absolute priority, and the Client agrees that the Company is not liable for delays resulting from our adherence to road safety laws.

6.2. Lost Items The Company is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items left in the Vehicle. Clients should ensure all belongings are collected before exiting. Found items will be held for 30 days.

6.3. Limitation of Liability and Insurance While VVIP Toronto Limo prioritizes passenger safety, the Company is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from motor vehicle accidents, except to the extent covered by the Vehicle’s commercial automobile liability insurance policy. By accepting these terms, the Client acknowledges that any claim for personal injury or property damage arising from the use of the Vehicle shall be strictly limited to the terms, conditions, and coverage limits of said insurance policy. The Company is not liable for claims in excess of this coverage or for any indirect or consequential damages.

6.4. Indemnity The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless VVIP Toronto Limo, its owners, and employees from any claim, damage, loss, or expense arising out of the Client’s use of the Service, including any breach of these Terms.

6.5.Driver Conduct and Unauthorized Acts VVIP Toronto Limo shall not be held liable for any claims, lawsuits, or damages arising from the willful misconduct, criminal acts, or gross negligence of a driver that occurs outside the scope of their authorized duties. Any legal action regarding such personal misconduct must be directed solely against the individual driver, and the Client agrees to release the Company from liability in such specific instances.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website. By continuing to use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

8. SMS and Mobile Messaging

By booking a service with VVIP Toronto Limo, you consent to receive SMS (text) messages from us regarding your reservation.

  • Message Types: We send booking confirmations, driver status updates (e.g., “Driver is on the way”), and location links.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying “STOP”. Note that opting out may prevent you from receiving real-time updates about your driver’s location.
  • Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
