Gratuity & HST
HST (13%) is applied to all rides as per Canadian tax regulations.
20% gratuity (tip) is automatically added to all rides.
Child seats are available upon request for an additional fee.
Stops & Route Changes
If Client book 3 stops (pickup + 2 additional stops). After reaching the final destination, the client requests to go to another location (even for a short distance, e.g., 0.5 km), extra charges will apply per kilometer based on the distance traveled.
Vehicle Capacity & Safety
Passengers must adhere to the maximum seating capacity of the booked vehicle.
No smoking or alcohol consumption is permitted in the vehicle unless explicitly allowed (e.g., for special event transportation).
Damages & Cleaning Fees
Clients are responsible for any damages due to client negligence or excessive cleaning required due to spills, stains, or misuse.
