Connecting between a scheduled flight and a private one? We meet you at the terminal and handle the transfer to or from the FBO.
How planeside meets work. Each FBO controls access to its own ramp. We arrange it with the FBO ahead of your arrival and follow its escort and safety rules. If a vehicle can't go on the ramp at that time, your chauffeur waits at the FBO entrance instead, and we tell you before you land.

Can your chauffeur meet me on the apron, next to the aircraft?
Yes, where the FBO allows it. We arrange ramp access with the FBO before you land and follow its escort and safety rules. If a planeside meet isn't possible at that time, your chauffeur waits at the FBO entrance and we let you know in advance.
Which FBOs do you serve in Toronto?
At Toronto Pearson we serve Execaire Aviation (Hangar 8), Signature Aviation and Skyservice Business Aviation. At Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport we serve Stolport FBO and Porter FBO.
Where do private jets land in Toronto?
Most private jets use the FBOs at Toronto Pearson (YYZ), which operate 24 hours a day. Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ) does not permit jets, so private flights there use turboprop aircraft. Regional airports such as Hamilton and Waterloo are also options.
Do you wait while I clear customs?
Yes. International private arrivals clear Canadian customs at the airport before leaving the FBO. We track your aircraft and time the pickup to your clearance, so your chauffeur is waiting when you come out.
What happens if my flight is early or delayed?
We track your flight by tail number, so your pickup time moves with the aircraft. Your chauffeur is in place when you land, whether that is earlier or later than planned.
Can you book cars for our flight crew?
Yes. We book passengers and crew together or separately, including crew transfers to and from hotels, timed around their rest and departure schedules.
